  • 2 red Cornelios and 2 yellow Cornelios
  • 16 cherry tomatoes
  • 16 mozzarella balls
  • 8 wooden skewers
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • basil

Preparation

Clean the Cornelios by removing the seeds and stems, then cut them into heart and flower shapes.
Next, take a skewer and thread the Cornelios onto it, inserting one mozzarella ball and one cherry tomato between each piece of pepper until the skewer is full. Do the same with the other skewers. Flavour with a splash of oil, salt, pepper and a few basil leaves, then serve on dinner plates.
