Cornelio Salad with Rocket and Parmesan

Ingredients
- 1 red Cornelio
- 1 yellow Cornelio
- 1 bunch of rocket
- 80 parmesan cheese
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Clean and wash the Cornelios, dry them, then slice them into thin strips. Put them in a salad bowl. Thoroughly clean and drip-dry the rocket, then add it to the Cornelios. Dress with salt, pepper and 3 dessert spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil. Divide the salad among the individual plates, then cut the parmesan into flakes and sprinkle them over the individual portions.
